The Narrative Wallpaper project was created during my time at the UIUC Summer Educator Residency during the summer of 2019. The design creates a timeline from my mother's passing (10/11/15) to a place holder for my wedding (7/18/20). If follows through major life events that occurred across those years including:

• the sale of my grandparent's house

• The first two years of my teaching career

• Traveling to Ireland and Scotland

• Meeting my now husband

• The death of a student

• Starting a new job at a different school

• buying a condo

• getting engaged

• Planned wedding date
